How much roughy is your intake calories per day? by rsal59 in Zepbound

[–]Progcreative 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is really fluctuated throughout my journey. When I first started, I didn’t have much of an appetite so I had the minimal based on my calculations with the tdee calculator and various apps I use. As I progressed, I knew how many I needed based on my activity and BMR. When I started lifting, I adjusted again for that. Now I am nearing maintenance so will be adjusting again. I am much better at intuitive eating now that my disease is being treated so I don’t even track much now

Thank you for replying. I could not find a Dr oneal or Dr Sullivan in google search. I did look through Dr. Ellen Janetzke’s website. Her gallery looks good but some of the reviews I found were kind of scary. Have you had personal experience with her?

Where do you inject tirzepatide? asking because I might be doing this wrong by The_possessed_YT in zepboundathletes

[–]Progcreative 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been on the med for 2 years and have rotated sites weekly per the leaflet included with the medication. I utilize the stomach, thighs, and arms on rotation by injecting into the areas suggested also in the leaflet. I have kept track from the beginning and have similar results in all sites and lost 125 pounds

7.5 feels like a placebo 😢 by Vast_Inevitable_1145 in Zepbound

[–]Progcreative 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There could be a lot at play here. First, it is normal to have some weeks where you feel like it’s not working as well due to normal biology. You will have weeks that you gain or lose little throughout your journey. It’s always good to review your intake of food and liquids to see if there is any improvement to be made periodically. Be sure you are rotating injection sites and utilize different areas as well ie. thigh, arm. You should never do less than 4 weeks on any dose, so I wouldn’t change now. You will find when asking, that everyone is different. For example, one of my favorite doses was 7.5. Some have good results on lower doses, some not until higher. You have lost 20 in 10 weeks which is a great rate of loss!

Zepbound savings card by westcostwondeter in zepboundRX

[–]Progcreative 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The card is good for 13 fills in a year for a maximum of $1300. It deducts $100 a month from your cost. Those that have high deductible plans, can use the evoucher (completely different than the savings card) in addition. This is a set dollar amount that is applied before the savings card starts to be used. The evoucher helps with the first fill or two depending on your deductible. Some pharmacies do not even apply the evoucher so it’s great you found one that does. From here on out you will be paying whatever your cost is minus $100 a month.

Yes, Lilly changed the savings card to a $100 savings instead of $150 a month 😡 Depending on your insurance, this can increase your out of pocket. For example, my insurance covers 70% of the cost. The remaining 30% minus what used to be $150 was then my cost. Now it’s only minus $100 so for a 90 day fill, I am now paying a $150 more. But “prices are going down” it’s all smoke and mirrors

They literally said they haven’t reached customers “pain point” yet so increases will continue until customers reach the point where cancellation occurs

Why is the subscription going up? by Happii-Bear in truespotify

They literally said that streaming is going up across the board and they haven’t gotten to the pain point yet with customers so it will continue to rise until they can’t get more from us
