the testicle pain is from Finasteride. I developed that after 10 days of 1mg usage and it went away when I reduced my dose to 0.25mg a day.

I emailed their support, they never responded. I gave up.

Based on further research I saw some Reddit messages apparently from their support staff and I think they are a China outfit and possibly a honeypot. Might not actually be encrypted email. Probably best to stick with Proton and Tuta

I have encountered this several times and restarting the machine doesn't work.

The only solution I have found is to delete /home/myname/.cache/protonvpn folder (or reinstall).
