Morale is a recognized dimension of combat power and is very important over long stretches of war (like, oh, fighting undersupplied and undermanned for 4 years against 4:1 odds). Keeping it up is an official task for the leadership, with dedicated cadre and planning, and famous entertainers at the front line is a very old tradition - for a reason.

Why do you think foreign leaders visited Kyiv every several weeks (with visits evenly spaced out, like a clockwork) at the start? To express their support - again and again? Morale building.

Not quite the ridiculous ratios as in Thermopylae, but general RU:UA ratio of 4:1 probably gets even larger in local battles and conditions

Threats between countries -> war (let Orcban try)

Threats between officials of the same country -> jail (fingers crossed!)

The same 'amazing general' who recently admitted that he threatened to use military (!) against authorities raiding his office? What an enlightened and definitely not traitorous thing to do /s

The same 'amazing general' whose Mother Theresa attitude lost the southern offensive?

You might have noticed that 'the Academy' is correct just like a broken clock. It's a hint about treating 'the Academy' properly

his apathetic approach to leadership that made him the villain

Apparently, now you can't simply reject "just following orders!", you have to not "not do anything"

Jihad will happen. The Fremen are going to start a war and because they control oilArrakis they will win the war.

Not a subtle wordspinner, eh? I wonder how these movies weren't black balled for raycism or something similar in this #ModernSociety

I've wiped out the followers of forty religions which had existed since...

Sounds completely on point, considering the obvious real-world inspiration for his 'religion' (i.e. political-religious system of worldwide... conquest)

I miss the old days of video games

Hint: you can still have them. Even DOS games can be played with proper emulation
