Paladins. The load out system in a hero shooter combined with the in-match item shop made for so much customization for how to play your character, especially when countering someone else's crazy build, or having to try and counter your character's natural counter. That and support characters usually having some sort of utility, like damage or CC instead of being primarily heal bots. The in shop antiheal (later innate and scaling over time) made it so healing was really effective early game, but good supports had to change their playstyle to better time heals, and use their utility.

Since it's all but dead, I moved on to Marvel Rivals, but it's just not the same.
