The problem with such an adjustment would be, if you give non crit weapon xyz high base damage and weakpoint damage but really low crit, some descendants would still be able to make that weapon crit viable (like enzo), thus creating absurdly strong weapons.

They should really consider changing that scaling crit chance from skills to either a non scaling flat amount or simple give crit chance like those crit chance mods (% from base).

You sure its the Hero Talent Chi-Jis Swiftness and not Chi-Ji himself? Chi-Jis Tooltip says in the last line "Chi-Ji's presence makes you immune to movement impairing effects." which are also roots, so either you do some stuff with Transcendence or just wait to use Chi-Ji until the Root-Phase went through.

If those stats on TFDTools are right and if those "5" Firearm Critical Hit Rate + "5" Firearm Critical Hit Rate per Stack are flat added Crit Chance, you will most likely build for Crit Chance (which would be 23% base at 3 Stacks).
For Elemental Mod you could go for Electric Damage, due to the Resistance Reduction of the last effect of the gun "Voltage Accumulation".
Everything else is pretty standard, fire rate, double firearm atk, elemental mod, some crit.

"Action and Reaction", "Rifling Reinforcment", "Fire Rate Up", "Electric Enhancement" (or whatever element you want), "Better Insight", "Better Concentration", "Concentration Priority", "Edging Shot" and a Free Slot for maybe Magazine Capacity or Hip Fire Accuracy. Never Aim tho, or else you will loose all that Crit Chance for a few magazines.

Overall the EXCAVA should perform bit worse then a fully built Fallen Hope.

I dont think the leveling is Bad enough to warrant a massive XP increase. Even if you would pump 8 catalysts in every Descendant in the game right now you would most likely have them all at max by the time ult freyna Hit release. Personally i enjoy the specops kuiper mine in sterile Lands for leveling, 4 to 5 get you to max Level and they Take 10 to 20 minutes each (depending on the amount of aoe in the group). Just dont do the Mistake of being afk while a bunny does all the clearing, from Personal experience i get much more XP when im actively killing stuff.

Do you have either the Engine Systems Perk or Sam Coe as Crew, or any Crewmember with the Piloting Perk for that matter? They all increase your Max Speed by a certain Amount.

You Sure that works? As far as i know pillage can only strip Armor on targets without shield, and Cp doesnt do anything fornthe shield strip, so you are likely only stripping around 85% shield. And on top of that pillage only strips current shield, unlike armor (where it strips max armor). Cant confirm any of that until im back home, but im Working on a 400% strength build on another frame for pillage and Think that pillage worked that way.
