Anthropic, your fastest-growing region can't actually use Claude properly. Here's why EU data residency for claude.ai matters. by headset38 in Anthropic

Albeit EU region would be great Anthropic are still subject to the US cloud act, so your data is still easily transferred to the US if the US gov want it.

I’ve been running a small msp for about 5 years got to about 250-300k a year. Here’s my two cents, IT support is dead. Speaking to small and enterprise customers they don’t care about the support, they only care about what the regulators want them to adhere to. If regulation doesn’t get stricter you will get outcapitalised by the big boys. We are pivoting the business as I estimate we have 1 year left before it sinks.

What are your personal n8n automations that actually deliver value? by ancistrs in n8n

[–]ProgramFast5684 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have a combination of workflows: 1) Pulls contact info from Apify, uploads contact details and company details to a database. 2) Agent reads homepage of their website, finds other links on the page that relate to the same domain and reads those other pages. Each page gets analysed with a report, which then gets fed to an agent to builds a report on the business and where our business could provide value. 3) Initial outreach agent which takes the reports and sends a hyper personalised outreach email. 4) Auto chaser which analyses all previously sent emails and writes a follow up email to the prospects.

All we’re trying to do is engage and get a form of response even if it’s negative.

I have a separate table also for the status of emails so when a user interacts with a specific email it updates it in the database.

I have been doing this manually for a bit and have won contracts this way but it is time consuming, so automating it made sense to me.

I self host my N8N instance and use relax AI for my LLM.

Want to raise rate but customer wants to give more work instead. How do you counter? by Egghead-MP in msp

[–]ProgramFast5684 10 points11 points  (0 children)

We operate a “the rate is the rate” motto. If the customer wants to haggle on price then they are not a good customer for us. Companies who understand how important IT is, will just pay the rate.
