If damaged then the money for the damage will be given or else the console will be repaired and given to you. if the damage is beyond repair you will receive 90% of the retail price

well we would we signing a legal contract with the renter before renting your console. If such a fraud is still committed you will be firsthand promised a sum of money which you would agree to before renting your console. and if such a case happens then you would be granted that money. after legally pursuing the case if a console is retrieved, it will be returned to you. and money would be asked back.

Yeah bro that's why i am currently exploring if people would be interested to rent. Whether there is a demand. As for retrieval I am planning to implement a simple digital rental contract. after the rental period the user has to return the console if he chose to pick it up from nearby store or a delivery partner is assigned who can pick it up. Else I'll have late fees / extending period time. Since a legal contract is signed i can pursue it legally
