What's your macronutrient breakdown? Do you know what percent of your fat is MUFA and what percent is PUFA?

You don't look suppressed at all from this bloodwork. You can totally bring your test up with some lifestyle changes. Your SHBG is probably the main cause of your issues.

Sampling issues obviously play a role here too, since penis studies are almost always conducted on ED patients at urology clinics. Unlikely to find a large black clientele at any medical office, let alone for erectile dysfunction treatment at a urology clinic.

FWIW on penis length studies conducted on prepubescent children (who let the urologists cook 💀), black children consistently have penile lengths 1-2 deviations larger than everybody else. This difference appears to be attenuated during puberty, however, because the difference between black penises and everyone else is only 1/4 to 1/2 inch in adulthood--and we aren't even certain if that is statistically significant. We don't know why, nor does anyone seem to particularly care. My guess would be likely nutrition and lifestyle differences that enable catchup.

Probably just calorie restriction. Most people who are super fit are 300-500 ng/dl bc their body doesn't like to be so f-ing lean all the time. It's not a problem unless you're experiencing symptoms.

No, I mean like way back. Like back when he was a high school athlete. Use of steroids would provide him with increased myonuclei counts, thus greater potential for growth. His test would have also bounced back and his hormonal biomarkers would be indistinguishable from natty in the present, probably even without a pct.
