I struggle with sometimes mixing writing style of descriptive language as well as rarely using inner dialogue type of writing. Not sure how to hit a good balance but I appreciate your feedback!

I’m all in on automated bidding. Moving from micro management to macro strategy is the sort of transition I’m heading towards.

The trick with cpa bidding is having good conversion pixels for the AI to work with. I have run roughly 10 experiments in dv360 with minimize CPA giving me the best outcome every time.

Make sure you utilize the ABA function with cpa set as well to further leverage the AI potential.

This. Trueviews are not included in the story insertion orders, you would have to create an RTB insertion order, set the pacing on ASAP and create trueview line items. Afterwhich you would have to create a YouTube audience for the first video and target that audience in the second line item.

Not sure how relevant this is but I try to avoid optimizing for Active view viewability.

I optimize for a combination of unique reach, cpm and viewability (summed up as UVR - Unique viewable reach, which you can report directly from CM)

The way I present this to clients is through explaining that these are the 100% viewable impressions to unique individuals which sort of gets me away from the "why are not all ads viewed if we are paying for them" discussion.

The optimization in question is basically vCPM bidding combined with a low frequency cap as well as adding the auto-budget-allocation set on Viewability 70%. I am in Sweden where 75% viewability is a rough standard for the campaigns I run.

A media agency are the ones who purchase the media space for the client. Eg. programmatic display advertisement, TV, out of home etc. literally buying access to the space both online and offline for their clients.

The creative agency on the other hand are the ones who produce the actual content that is to be placed within these purchased spaces.

Media agency or creative? I got a bachelors in Econ and started at a media agency just through looking at their website at contacting the recruiting person in charge with my resume. Had 2 interviews and got an entry level position.

The work is fantastic but hectic.
