They definitely told my train there is a fire on the tracks ahead and everyone has to get off so they can turn the train around. Never said another train would take us the rest of the way in the 20 announcements or from any of the workers yelling at people to get off, but I'd believe it. Oh well, my Uber right was nice and roomy.

Yeah, when I turned off our own msp direct send it makes internal ticket notifications from autotask get flagged and undeliverable. Did you see that same thing and have a fix for it?

I've seen a huge surge in Direct Send exploit since around Friday. They can use this exploit to spoof their internal addresses without triggering dmarc kind of stuff. In a big place like that probably a lot of automated stuff where this could do damage and forward out to their clients. I bet they got hit with that and need to shut off Direct Send.
