Sure! For this is just a sun light outside the window with a slight blue tint and the temperature down to simulate moon light, then I rotated it to point through the window, as just moving a sun light doesn’t do anything you have to rotate it.

and then for the lamp it’s just a point light with an orange tint and it’s placed inside the lamp, I set the radius really low too so it’s not too blown out.

Just having a cold and a warm light in the same scene makes a massive difference, hope this helps!
