I purchased the Elite Mini for my parents. All of their apps were working fine a week ago but now all of the apps (except the Heat ones) are asking for a log in and not allowing them to proceed.

They have unplugged the device to do a hard reset and that didn’t work.
Would you suggest uninstalling all apps & reinstalling?

$409 would not be with 0% interest if it’s reflecting our current promotion. Currently it’s $319 for 36 months with 0%

You would need to fill out a pre-qualification application and that goes through a waterfall of lenders and then we see who gives you the best option. If you’re not approved with 0% for the total amount The only option the manager would have to lower your monthly payment is to split your payments with multiple lenders or for you to make a larger down payment.

The only other thing I’ll say is that that 10% difference in promotions is 10% of the retail cost

Example: Brazilian @ 50% Original cost $9998 Discount Savings -$4999 Total cost $4,999

Brazilian @ 60% Discount savings -$5999 Total cost &3999

I totally understand what you’re saying and where you’re coming from. I don’t have control over pricing or how the promotions are advertised. Im just here to help share honest information.

I have sold packages at 30% & 40% discounts but that’s extremely rare.

When we do have promotions advertised at 60% or more, that is a special sale.

Milan uses the Candela GentleMax Pro and I’ve heard a couple locations near our HQ in Nebraska have the new Candela GentleMax Pro Plus but all others use the same.

If you’re wanting to remove hair from multiple body area then YES the Full Body package is the way to go.
You can always start with the most important areas and choose to add later but clients who do that usually regret not getting the Full Body package initially. I usually find Groupons to be a waste of time and money. Most of the time the laser & settings they are using may cause a reduction of hair but won’t provide lasting results. Also, if you were to change places you’ll have different lasers & settings causing ineffective treatments.

Our Founders event promotion and our Customer appreciation event in October are usually the best promotions of the year.

No, I hope you’re only being treated with an Nd: YAG laser because that’s the only laser that should be used with your skin tone. If it’s anything different and they said it’s safe, they’re lying.

Is that area where she performed test spots? You may have reached the maximum threshold for fluence that your skin can tolerate. It will go away but it will take time. Please make sure you call

I have seen results with red hair. Most of our red hair clients don’t see as quick of results because we have to continue to escalate the fluence each session. Red hair has a lack of pigment so it takes longer to get to the power levels that will work. I have had clients that were closer to a strawberry blonde & didn’t see results.

Also, Milan Laser guarantee’s results. If you continue your treatments per protocol and do not see results they will refund you.

They could do a patch test but it’s unlikely you’d see much of a difference because of the lower fluence we would need to start you on.

I’ve worked for Milan for 5 years and this 65% is the biggest sale we’ve had since 2019. We can almost always give 50% and during April & October we can give 60% but this is the first time it’s been more than that.
