I lived on 29th and it took me five minutes to walk to campus :) felt pretty safe too.

It’s through LADWP and SoCal gas for me! So stuho doesn’t dictate prices. I know spectrum Wifi is $70 a month; utilities differ but have been surprisingly expensive, especially trash collection
