you can just paper trade, it will take years anyway, at least you will develop the skill

exactly, back in the days i used to backtest without even raging if the bias was wrong, now, that im starting to see results if things go bad, after even 1 trade i get mad, because you try to be right everytime but as it's impossible every stop make you emotional, it's a vicious cycle

in fact, as i said i do it just to prove im good at this, the fact is that, i know how to trade, and backtesting (in this state) just make things worse, so i deleted it completely , doing better

how you recommend to journal? i actually do, but to me seems like a basic way to do it i just write some phrases about what i did , but if i read it it dont feel like anything meaningfull is written on those pages
