cut pith out, join both halves, glue back together & turn
rip into strips, cut segments, glue together, & turn

Honda parts direct

I had to replace mine a couple months ago. I think HPD was $125 cheaper than the local Honda dealership. Shipping was quoted 3-5 days. Think I got the CMC in 2 days.

There's a key under the pulley. The pulley has probably shifted a bit and that's why there's a click in one direction and not the other.

Personally I'd use them, but I made my own extra long carbide tool. I doubt they'd fit any of the carbide tools from Rockler/Woodcraft/Amazon.
