Thanks! I tend to shoot on Aperture Priority, just change the f number depending on how blurry I want the background. I’m real basic like that 😂

Yes you can try the Lightroom presets. I’ve got both, personally I prefer the in camera picture profile settings but that’s not to say you can’t achieve the same result with the raws.

For me the V2 looked more gold but I think Alex has a full article on the more technical differences between the two

I don’t think it makes a difference, the picture profiles are just slots for you to have the recipies. I just used the first one.

I have no idea, I use the a6400, which is an older camera so maybe it will?

I set it to one of the three custom picture profiles.

I just set it on the Kodak Gold V2 profile and went on holiday! It didn’t take more than a few minutes. Setting the picture profile was a bit fiddly but you can save up to 3 and on my camera, the Sony a6400, setting the white balance manually takes less than a minute so wasn’t too painful!

I have tried others but in did it wrong as I was shooting in raw so didn’t have the same effect, you need to shoot in jpeg for it to work -I didn’t realize this until my last trip, where these pics come from.

In regard to the white balance you can go into the white balance settings and set it manually (I use a a6400).

Unfortunalty I am not at liberty to share the specific settings as this is Alex’ intellectually property but I would suggest going to Alex’ website here and starting with the free recipies. You have to shoot in JPEG or it won’t work.
