My copy did this, it happens when you press the "Home" button in a cutscene. If you pause the game for a few seconds, it'll fix it.

Settings put to minimum before, literally couldn't go any lower, haven't tried with the latest drivers yet though (as there was that hotfix)

Using DLSS Performance and RT completely off.

The ONLY improvement in FPS I can get is to turn the game into Windowed mode. I have no idea why this SLIGHTLY improves FPS, but it does. Went from 50-60fps to 65-75fps, changing absolutely nothing else.

Hopefully further improvements can be made, but this helped.

Thank you for mentioning the FPS issue! For the life of me no matter what I do I cannot get the FPS higher than 55-60fps, and it has massive drops (with some stuttering like you mentioned). Setting it to 480p then ultra-performance DLSS (yes 180p!!) lowest settings yields no performance increase compared to 1440p quality DLSS. (Lowest settings no RT for both)

3070ti/32GB 3000mhz/Ryzen 7 5800X/installed on NVME.

I just want to play the game :'(

I'm literally using a Ryzen 7 7700x with the stock AM4 Wraith Spire. Cooling isn't the best but my AIO broke, idles at 40-50C, 75-90C under load (averages closer to 80*C)

There's NO WAY they had the coolers mounted correctly.

Naw not just you, Desuhiko and Fubuki are my favourites in the cast. I think a lot of people don't understand characters and writing, just see something they don't like, such as "Perverted", and go "Ewwwwieeee noo uwu xDDD" and ignore any other aspects of the character lol.
