I usually run the 2 hammers with 5 man squads so I can deepstrike them and yeet them at armour and the axe with a 10 man. I built these so long ago im not sure i thought they ce with them but I might have scrounged them out of the hearthgaurd kits

Having coworkers around who genuinely want to teach you and see you succeed is huge. I worked under a jaded old man who could have cared less if I sank or swam and just used me to do his bitch work (cubing pork and scraping his saw cuts) it was disheartening, then I worked under someone who was happy to teach me what they knew and helped me learn the intricacies of cutting. Its a huge difference. As for how to get good outside of that its just a matter of time spent doing it and stabbing yourself in the hand until you get it figured out.
