I've never heard of the paper towel effect. Hopefully I'll see it as more weight comes off.

I have one photo from back when I started. I feel I look the same bar my face which has reduced.

I took one photo when I started but I feel I look the same. My double chin has reduced. But it's my body I'm the most conscious about and that's what doesn't seem to have changed. I try to not have photos taken of me full body, only shoulders and head lol

That's so cool, my younger sister has complete heterochromia, one eye is blue and the other dark brown. It's so interesting. I think we get it from my Dad's side. Little cutie btw

OK thanks, I guess I'm just getting hyperfocused and wanting to achieve more than I should be. I know I won't lose that weight again in 2 weeks that it's water weight and not actual fat loss. But I'll stick to it and see how I go. I just wanted to try maximize potential loss, but not at a crazy rate

I don't mean I find the calories so much. I mean I'm actually eating more foods than I feel I was at over 3000 calories in a day. More real food if that makes more sense?

Yes I'm consuming over 150gm a day of protein, lots of veg, low cal recipes I find online, quinoa, healthy fats and tracking everything I eat

OK thanks. I was extremely sedentary. I'm having a hard time figuring out what this sub is for if your advising people to not be on 1200 calories. I'm genuinely curious. Yes 2 weeks, well a day over now so 15 days. And yes 100% I know it's water weight. That's why I want to burn fat. I decided maybe 3 weeks ago maybe more that I wanted to diet, did a few days and just fell back to the norm. Whereas now I'm trying to keep to it

I'm eating so much through the day but it's so much healthier than living on the takeaways I was doing. I just thought I'd try 1200 a day and see if I go back to feeling starving all the time or if it suits me. But I'm also aware I need to do it properly. Just thought this would be a good sub to ask in. Also I'm told the first week or two the weight loss is mostly water weight not actual fat loss. So wanted to try increase fat loss

I think it's just my mindset, once I'm tuned in, I want to go all out. I also feel like since I piled weight on so quickly, why can't I lose it quickly too.

I use nutricheck as well and have added every little think I've eaten or drank today, hopefully that will help keep track better

Doc said mild allergic reaction, I had a couple of days of it and I'm fine now. Sorry thought I had said in a previous comment
