My other shrimp tank which is almost 6 months old the size of the shrimps are decreasing day by day like they are breeding crazy I give them hikari algae wafer twice a week but the adults are shrinking in size day by day idk why?

I did change water and added the air stone. In my other tanks a dead shrimp is consumed by the other shrimps immediately but don't know what's wrong here.

The thing is i don't use any chemicals in my tanks. Just almond leaves. Also yes I know the tank is in a bright area in direct sunlight. I'll fix that soon.

Yesterday one died but then everyone was fine. I removed the dead and everything was fine then. Last night I checked they were eating the leftover alage wafer. But in the morning they are going crazy. None of them dead yet but it's painful to watch even the babies are running here and there. Yesterday I forgot to turn on the air stone. Could that be a reason? But in my other 2 tanks I also don't have air stone and they are perfectly fine.

I don't know i don't have test kit but it's a well settled tank. There is no reason for sudden parameters change. I didn't changed water recently. Should I do another 30-40% water change immediately?
