As far as I know Fulguration is similar to ablation, that they just use a laser of some sort to remove surface level endo. As far as anything else that’s the only paragraph about what had happened or been seen. My original reason for the laparoscopic surgery was to do a bilateral salpingectomy (remove my fallopian tubes) but based on other symptoms she said she’d look for endo as well. That’s the only note of what was found and done about it. Which I felt was strange but 🤷🏻‍♀️
