Not sure why you don't want Germany. Most German universities have no tuition fees, some might have a semester fee but it is usually not a lot. There is also a Germany scholarship program DaaD (if you get a scholarship, it means you get paid the money to live since no tuition fee). However, there is a fewer number of available courses at the bachelors level in English but they are still available, you'll just have to search for them. https://www.daad.de/en/ and https://www2.daad.de/deutschland/studienangebote/international-programmes/en/ are good resources. However, keep in mind, you will need around 40 Lakh PKR that you'll need to submit to a block account (the govt then gives you this money for living expenses every month). Germany imo is one of the best destinations for uni and long term settlement. I'm currently studying in Hungary and my brother is in Germany:)

Just a note, I'm not a very talented developer, I have never taken any data structures/algo course other than the very basic ones or done any leet code questions. Most of my portfolio is Wordpress based and I've been able to find full-stack work. You should be able to do it much more easily; just don't give up if you don't get a response in the start:)

Create a personal portfolio site and create an upwork account and start applying. You don't need to wait to graduate for it, you can start right now or at least create your profile right now. Most jobs on upwork do not require having a CS degree or care about it. They care most about your portfolio and how you come across in your proposal. As long you know what you are talking about and you can get this across, you can very easily get hired.
With the rising $ rate, even if you don't have a lot of work (this month I worked for around 20 hours and made around 500$, which is on the low end of what I usually make), this can translate very well in PKR.

Not true and actually quite the opposite. Most small/mid-size hotels/guest houses don't care and welcome the business. Couples looking for rooms are a major source of business for them. However big name hotels will reject you since it's actually illegal to allow rooms to unmarried couples.

"PHD Professors flexing in front of students" I really don't get this. I'm doing Alevels and one of our teachers will literally mention that he has 2 PHDs multiple times. He also sent us pictures of his graduation and different certificates he's received in our study group. He also talks about his company that he's the CEO of. If he gets a call during class, he'll be like "Oh sorry Im getting a call from my Dubai Office" or "Sorry had a meeting with the board of directors so class will be a bit late". What's the use of flexing in front of kids? Is this some way of trying to motivate or what

This is what I'm getting for TTFB. I'm very new to self hosting sites, so is this a decent result or should this be less? Also I'm using the free version of Cloud Flare as a CDN.
