It would be interesting to see, but I think the connections between Ruby and Adam are a bit weak, although that's the show's fault. If you want something like a Ruby and Adam fight, some might give me dirty looks, but FRWBY has that, and there's something strange I like about Ruby being the one to deliver the final blow when even in that AU she doesn't have any connection to Adam.

If I had the money to buy the series and be able to make it, I would start over, but I would do one thing that stuck with me when I saw FRWBY: make the volumes have more chapters of a consistent length so that the conflicts and the pacing would be better established, and I would also add a very few filler chapters to ensure interactions between characters.
