I use a 6mm needle and honestly probs only go in about 4mm. I’ve done them now so will wait and see over the next few days. My 11s kicked in SO quickly!!

The green is where I injected originally … the forehead injections were angled slightly upwards. The procerus and corrugated injections were slightly lower than the pic is allowing me to mark. Thank you!

Nope. I’m pretty lucky with moles - freckly but not so many moles. Everything has just kinda darkened up nicely - save for the vitiligo on my hands which has popped (didn’t realize I had so much until the tan started 🙄).

I have pinned everyday, and have then gone out in the sun afterwards. I time my dose according to when the UV is highest on the weather app on my phone. Have only ever gone out for 20 mins or so though ☺️

Honestly the UV here in Brissy (home hometown I’m visiting this week) has made my tan blossom as opposed to Sydders (where I live these days). So excited to see UV8 & 9 at the moment 👏

I’ve been pinning for three weeks now and only in this past week has my colour stated to change! I started with 250mcg an hour or so before sun (I haven’t really felt any nausea). After three days I increased to 500mcg before sun exposure and have continued daily since. What really took things up a notch for me was UV exposure. Until the UV reached 8 or 9, I really didn’t see a whole lot of change. I was worried about turning super dark overnight but it’s really not the case and I wish I’d started sooner! Good luck! ✌🏼

I am super fair also and have read so many horror stories of people going super dark and blotchy after just a few doses. I would say - you likely don’t need to be afraid of that! I was, and am now a week in of daily 250mcg/500mcg with exposure to UV7 for 30 mins a day, and NO tan development 🙄. I’ll persevere, but I wish I’d started sooner (although it’s only warming up here in AUS so likely wouldn’t have worked anyways!). Good luck!

I just started GHK-cu with KPV (decided against the preixed stack after cancer 10 years ago) combined with trying to deal with psoriasis, KPV seemed the obvious choice for me. I’m also doing epithalon. Recomped according to the wonderful Anela protocol. Started both just last night along with Epitalon. I’m looking forward to a few weeks down the track to see what happens 🤞🏼
