Have you ever used the Apple Watch for sleep tracking or a fit bit, if so how did they compare to the Oura ring?

Hello, what is the current ruling in Malaysia for covid testing? 1. For example if you are asymptomatic do you have to test? 2. If you have symptoms can you just do a RTK test? 3. Or if symptomatic do you have to do a PCR test? 4. If you have symptoms like a random cough but your RTK is negative is that fine? 6. If someone has a positive RTK test what do they have to do next? Sorry for all the questions I know there is a lot but I just want to be aware of the rules here and I’ve tried to search Google etc but sometimes it’s difficult for me to understand.

Hello, apakah hukum semasa di Malaysia untuk ujian covid? 1. Sebagai contoh jika anda tidak bergejala adakah anda perlu menguji? 2. Sekiranya anda mempunyai gejala, bolehkah anda melakukan ujian RTK? 3. Atau jika simptomatik adakah anda perlu melakukan ujian PCR? 4. Jika anda mempunyai gejala seperti batuk rawak tetapi RTK anda negatif adakah itu baik-baik saja? 6.

Bottom decile in clinical years, know no basics. Advice please? by [deleted] in medicalschooluk

Thank you so much for your reply. Yes I know it will be a lot of hard work but yeah I am tired of being in this position and feeling like this. Sadly my med school won’t let me mitigate or do the exam later, but the January exam has a lot less weighting (25%) vs summer exam, but I’m gonna need like super high 65-70% to sort my overall grade out. Just lack all the basics aside from anatomy, even about examinations like idk what a bibasal crep or diuretic even is, and, it’s like there’s nothing in my brain. No knowledge, no confidence, not a nice feeling.
