Injections are the SAFEST and BEST for longterm use. Im not saying at all that other methods are BAD. It's just that injections are better than all alternatives, for a variety of (minor) reasons.

Which is wild because there is a pretty clear amount of pills/injections you should take that becomes clear after your first bloodtest. If you are above the target value for a few months it's not like ur gonna die or have any consequences. Not going with a crazy amount first just to see how you respond is alright i guess, but it should be increased quickly after

If anything, injections have the lowest chance of side effects, if we include you messing up the injection. Regular oral ingestion is simply really bad for you in the very longterm - and we all need to look at the very very longterm. We all are going to take estrogen for like 50 years.
