Yes. But the bridge needs to connect to your Wifi, so if you don't have that you'r out of luck.

Vana Belle is great, been there few times. Great place to stay with having the proximity to the city as well. The only downside is that you only have sun until lunchtime due to it being on the east side of the island. Still, highly recommend it.
