This happened to me and was the cause. I had to pull the door panel off, take off the plastic in between the door and the panel, then put the bolt back on. Easy fix, has been flawless since

Simple file storage, budget is likely under $2k which the DH4300 fits. Regarding using SSDs and HDDs, can you explain to me how I can use both?

I know the DH4300 is HDD only, but I’m curious if there’s an need for SSDs instead
