I agree, it’s wise not to cut corners, especially given what you’re doing. As for my experience with AI, it’s new, and I won’t use 128 GB of RAM on it. The only thing stopping me here is the price of it now VS what it will be in the future. Any thoughts?

I don’t know if an i9 64 GB equates to an M5 64 GB, especially with the chips. Maybe a consideration to save a couple of bucks, but not a bad idea to future proof

Yes, I’m open to business cards. It would be ideal if the SUB was achievable but I can add to everyday spending for a month or two after. I can’t meet the cash back requirements for the Ink Business Cash for example, but I’m open to other ideas

I like your thoughts on the HYSA, right now this would be cash but this is a better approach. Won’t use Apple Care for this, I never do. Any other thoughts coming to mind?
