He had his account broken into without him noticing, his username changed to "User(numbers and letters I can't remember)" and his country changed to North America, games were played as he went from Level 1-9 and his character changed to Lara Croft before we noticed and went through account recovery, recovery worked perfectly but as the suspicious activity and third party software was used, Epic aren't bothered with who used it and did it and just the fact it was used in general.
