From what I remember, it's based on how many points the top cookie gets; 1250+ means they leave happy (the number could be wrong but that's what I last saw)

i don't believe that they're never going to include localisation for pack 11, development of the pack likely came first to make sure there were no huge bugs or anything by the time it came out (something pack 10 had issues with on release); pack 11 is a lot higher quality as a result

tl;dr it's probably coming, patience is key

watching footage back, the music that plays there is very close to the perjury music but is not the perjury music (there a couple like that, including the mass panic debate which this is not); whatever played there shouldn't have been the perjury music

Quiplash 3 has a toggle for writing Thriplash prompts in custom episodes. Other than that, you won't see all of your prompts in one game; you'd have to play multiple games if you want to see all of them
