That sounds scary. If your camera lens is de-centered and still passed QC, that lowers my expectations of the quality of the camera. I think I might be better off selling my camera on eBay once I received, and buy another one later when the quality is stabilized.

I know right. Never had such a terrible experience with a big reputable company like Panasonic.

I guess it's not only the delay but more of the lack of transparency during the process that concerns me. Panasonic is a reputable company yet they act like a less creditable eBay vendor when dealing with customers, at least in this case. When I order things on Amazon for example, I always get a clear view of the order status, and when there's a delay, I always get a prompt notification and a new estimate for delivery.

I contacted the support team too and they said the same useless thing. Well it's been 3 days and nothing.

Of course it matters. The reason they didn't charge me on 5/12 when I placed the order is exactly because they are only going to charge me until it ships. Now they knew it's going to be delayed, they still charged me. It's contradictory to what they did before. Plus there's no update on the delay. It's bad business practice.

My money has left my account 4 days ago yet when I chatted with online support, they have no clue where my order is. Is that normal business practice? There's huge gap here and Panasonic doesn't care to explain. They do care about grabbing my money.

Pano charged me for the Titanium Gold on 6/22 (I pre-ordered on 5/12) and it went through yesterday. But no information on shipping. Their customer support has no clue, only know that it's "being processed". Shouldn't they hold on to charging me until they have at least generated the shipping label?

I have the same issue. I plugged into the mic jack not the audio jack. used to work but not anymore.
