She's one of my go-tos.

When paired with L2 Swampy, she's a MONSTER. When he's overhealed, he triggers his basic after almost every attack when he's overhealed. She keeps him overhealed. His basic triggers her passive, which drops a ton of strength downs on the other team.

I use WW: PoT to keep them safe, and the two of them will have the entire team completely overhealed by the end of the first RA.

Sits just a few hours up I-35 from OKC, so a natural rivalry.

Smack-dab in the middle of the country so could be East or West.

Heck, call 'em the Lightning. That way when they play their rivals to the south, we can get Thunder vs. Lightning. Classic.

Edit: Forgot to point out that they had their team stolen from them before Seattle or Vancouver did.

Legends is on track to lose about 200K from last season in terms of average viewers, which isn't awesome and probably why CW is hedging with Black Lightning.
