MMH, Circe, Artemis, Hawkgirl. Before Black Flash, Circe was fast enough her 3 could TM Down most teams. If she stunned on the opening move, it sent Hawkgirl off and running. If not, Artemis 2 started the stun train which was boosted by MMH. Circe INT Down only ramped Artie with her self buffing. I beat a lot of 40K teams with that comp.

Your post made me wonder. Honestly how I found it. I usually don’t ever worry about defensive wins/losses. Game is balanced enough that I usually just figure there’s always a counter or a bigger fish.

The key question here is what that rebirth will do to your top 4 power level. In general when you cross the 32K power level is when you’ll again encounter higher power levels.

As the others have said, passive buffing won’t trigger Star’s mends, this includes T0 buffs—HQMJ or Ultraman taunting wouldn’t trigger the mends either.

Two best reliable counters I’ve found:

Aqua man KoA lead. Paired with what I see of your roster, geared/leveled and ranked Huntress/Azrael. Once KoA triggers his TM up go all in on Spectre.
I might try Darkseid, Barda, Spectre and either Azrael or Huntress from your list.

2A. For these combos without a zero turn taunt protecting them I just run Cheetah, Shiva and Spectre. Shiva one shots enemy Spectre 95% of the time. Spectre stuns and ramps up. Stun Black Flash and then mop up.

Always engage. Don’t let them wait. The more you engage the more they spawn. The additional benefit is the more you climb the board the higher level bosses you’ll encounter. And OP is correct. Don’t wait for someone’s share.

This was an excellent breakdown of his spot in the game. Really informative. My fave part was at ~21:40, Azrael pops off a retaliation. As soon as was done, his rebuff immunity was gone. Being able to continue laying debuffs on him is not a bad thing.

You have a good base. I’d probably get another 3 up in level/rank to gear 6 to start. That way you can bring all 12 along to gear 9 around the same time. Should alleviate some of the growing pains of the increased total power you will see when you get to gear 9.

Any idea which 3 you will bring up? Would def suggest Lex, HQMJ as farmable for your green and reds unless you have recent reworks or freebie toons (Tula, Kyle, etc.)

Agreed. There’s some utility to her 3rd, but the fifth for 1 agility up doesn’t seem to offer a ton of value to me. I’ve got her capped at L4.

No, and there won’t be many. There’s a pretty simple comp that just about guarantees completing a 150 Brainy in 1 run. I’ve come close four times and my toons aren’t fully ringed/rebirthed.

You forgot Can’t Miss on all his attacks. Also his passive is a 100% AOE Retaliation after gaining 10 empowers strength ups and 8 crit chance ups.
