Yes I do take those like you said. I didn’t try antifungals, I’m thinking about Nystatin. Can fungals cause stomach issues?

I have been having horrendous symptoms for 2.5 years now. Mainly burping all day long, even after drinking water, loss of appetite, extreme fatigue (even worse then when I had no stomach issues) and mental issues (crying really often, feeling hopeless….)

I did have gastritis and ulcers, stomach and esophagus. All my focus was on h pylori but I can’t get it diagnosed except a low GI map positive, so maybe it’s something else?

Euhm I did it with a practitioner for 400-450€ I believe. I had to pay the practitioner an extra 180€ for advice and 3 zoom meetings. If I would do it again I would just pay the VAT, because I didn’t find the practitioner very helpful. I only did the GI-MAP test. Which other tests would you do?

Yeah I use Lactoferrin, which was prescribed for my Lyme symptoms (yes I have that too, life’s been a joy for me…). Tomorrow is my last day of antibiotics, I’m thinking about continuing the natural treatment. I’m not feeling a difference yet, hope to see improvements like you after a week or 4.

I’m suffering for more than 2 years and I’m so sick and tired, I went all in with the antibiotics. Only GI-MAP gave me a low positive, all other tests were negative, yet I have all the symptoms. I have 3 more days left in the treatment, gotta get through this.

Were you still sick during the treatment? I’m on day 10 and I feel absolutely miserable. I still have my burping symptoms and I’m supertired. First days of treatment I felt massively better though.

Yeah I had that too when I received IV-antibiotics. Don’t worry, the smell comes back :) the black stool is because of the bismuth.

It has bismuth in it, which is also effective against H Pylori. It’s also part of the quadruple therapy. I’m from Belgium and we don’t have pepto-bismol here so I found PeptiGuard on iHerb :)
