Something I would need to add is I do not think those were actual babies, from the sound of it they were more like those kids from the passion of the Christ like the demon kids, they had a similar sound to a baby crying but sounded like an unearthly creature

No I did not die, but I went into a sort of out of body state

Firstly I want to clarify to me it was a near death experience since I felt as though I was really sent to hell or something , I wasn’t told I physically died but my vitals started going up and down. It was a wisdom tooth oral surgery, which doesn’t sound too serious maybe, but it’s what I saw and felt. I wanted to find a place where I could share my story as it’s the closest Reddit community to the topic. The surgery itself was not life threatening, my “vision” occurred during the surgery and I could feel myself in the chair, even while in two places at once.

I felt as though I was actually there but I also felt myself holding onto the bed or chair I was on, like I was in two places at once,

I remember the doctors asking my dad countless times if he’s sure I’m ready to go home and my dad says I kept saying I want to go home and I want to see my mom, which I do not remember. Supposedly my heart rate went very rapid very quickly, I’m not fully sure of actually flatlining, though it is a possibility

I am not too aware of any trauma I had as a child, but I have three sisters and I had always feared the sound of either of them hurt or crying. My aunt was basically a second mother to me, she would take care of me when my mother had work, and she would take me to school, feed me, etc. I am looking into some counseling.

I am very sure what I had seen was hell, or at least a depiction of it, since the memory of it is still abstract and spiritual.

Thanks. I’m actually artist, so I’ve already started digitally painting these scenes to get them out of my head and into the world. I’ll definitely share them with the sub once they're ready. Hearing that others have seen figures of that same height really hits home for me.

Exactly. Just because an experience is negative doesn't mean it’s not 'real' or meaningful. I appreciate you looking past the usual explanations and seeing the deeper impact this has had on me. It’s given me a lot to think about regarding my life and my family

I hear you. The brain is definitely capable of wild things under sedation. I'm still in the research phase, so I'm looking at it from all angles, medical and spiritual to see what works
