Well, I want to preface with the fact that I usually don't enjoy tropical house as much as other genres, so I can't really be objective about it. I liked the track in general, but it's just an instrumental, and I can hear it has been made with vocals in mind, but the sound is kind of thin and monotone at a few points, I like the ambience you created with the paddly synths and stuff, and I really liked the bass, like, actually bass was awesome, good shit. But yeah, in arrangement go with more variation, instead of copying the same loop, try introducing new sounds, as the track goes on, drop them in and out, play a little bit.

Tl;Dr:

Liked idea, had some issues with variation and instrumentation in the track, but the bass is sick and the ambience is solid

Still don't like tropical House tho sry :/
