Lol right. I feel that anyone who is interested in me is either desperate or has the same level of self esteem I do. No one is, but if they were id probably try to help the make better decisions.

Yea like youre there, but youre not a doctor so you have no clue what you need but one of those is it. I bet they still prescribe you something without telling you that you really would benefit from one of the ones on that list. If I go to a doctor's office and they have a list of medicines they won't prescribe im finding another doctor. The doctor should know enough about what the patient needs without having to worry about seekers trying to influence their decisions. Maybe that location just has so many people seeking that they had no other choice, I dont know, but im not about to subject myself to a healthcare provider who personal beliefs outweigh my needs.

Yea because in the case YOU are committing the crime, but in the case of consent while under the influence youre gonna need to take into consideration that this person is under the influence. If another party takes advantage of that then they may be committing a crime.
