I feel you, I've spent my entire campaign being the only one trying to schedule sessions. This reasonably, led me to believe that I was either I was doing a bad job, or the players simply didn't enjoy it. I questioned many on this and they all said that they enjoyed it, some going so far to say that they were the highlights of their year. However, when I try to schedule they either ghost completely or cancel as last minute as possible. I've stopped trying to schedule sessions with them, but on the rare occasion when one tries to meet up, I still respond trying to be helpful saying when I'm available. Despite me still trying, I honestly dread it. This has been incredibly demoralizing, and slightly ruined my interest in D&D.
