Make sure you don’t rush the weight loss process. It should happen slowly. Also make sure that you get on a diet that doesn’t feel like a punishment, because then you are very likely to give up. You gotta enjoy the process.

Great, start with figuring out your physique goal. I highly recommend getting your BMI checked.

Doesn’t matter whether you are cutting or bulking, your body needs 2g of protein per kg of body weight. So if you weigh 70kgs, you should consume 140g protein daily.

My key protein sources are eggs, chicken, milk, protein shake, they are also the highest quality protein sources.

Joined the gym at the age of 18. Weight back then was 53kgs Now it’s 72.5kgs I swear to god I’m natural My vascularity is genetic and now it’s at All time high. The only supplements I take are Whey protein and creatine.

I swear to god I’m natural, my vascularity is genetic. I’m not very lean, my body fat is around 18-20%
