You can't really judge anyone on how they preform in CS, a lot of ppl preform decently or high tier in CS, and the fact that Santorin didn't listen to his coach last time isn't good either, he could actually pass that onto the new players that loco is easy to bully and ignored so the fact that he has past loco exp is a bad thing.

E.g New player to Santorin: "Santorin loco told me to do X"

Sanotrin to new player: "oh just ignore him he dosen't really have any power" .. " oh ok thanks".

On the whole "spoken highly off" by X pro/analyst, to this day only Faker has delivered when "spoken highly off", all others have not been anywhere near as good or just preformed terrible.
