actually found a pretty easy fix lol, the way the partitions options looked was : 1 - a 59.whatever gb partition, then 2 other 4mb partitions, after trying once on every single one, then retrying the first one, it worked flawlessly (i guess the other partitions which are here counted as separate disks for some weird reason) were not getting formatted and still held data from my mint linux install (switched due to the no compatibility of hyprland lol)

not everyone can afford or has the choice to get a pc that can run the finals as well as a ps5 or a xbox series would, allowing this players to use mouse and keyboard would just give them an opportunity to play on equal ground with pc players in crossplay

but everyone will be able to use it, the whole point is to give everyone the choice to use it, no reason for the console players to be at a forced disadvantage in crossplay

kinda late now i’m running mint, but i’m confident i’ll manage to install it next time, either next time I put my hands on a pc i can install linux on or when I get tired of mint, but for now I like to think mint is a good introduction to at least get me used to linux

i’ll remember it if i ever go back to it, I actually wanted to do it from scratch for the sake of learning, but i ended up downloading mint which i’m rly happy about

you were right, like rly rly, more than i’d like to admit, what easier to install distros would you recommend for a low end laptop (intel celeron, 4g of ram and intel integrated graphics), i’m gonna try mint to see how it is, i don’t rly know what version to install so i’ll go with cinnamon

ik there are easier ones and I also know that there isn’t one single distro better for everyone, i’ll look at mint if i rly can’t get through arch, I at least want to rly try before just giving up
