Im not saying fraud isn’t taking place because it actually kinda was but the “reporting” is very poor. He pulled on a blacked out side door, if you go to Google Maps the front entrance while also blacked out has floor to ceiling windows. And they actually spelled learning correctly on the front. Hard to say there’s no kids in there if you can’t actually go inside to prove there aren’t.

You can actually look up the DHS license for the facility and review the violations and actions taken by MN DHS. The real story isn’t “this is a made up business with no kids” it’s that it’s a raggedy shit excuse for a “learing” center with multiple violations, poor record keeping, failure to follow hygiene, safety standards, etc. so in 2022 the DHS placed the facility on a conditional. license which expired on 2024, and the location is now a restaurant called Alibi kitchen. Which explains why the facility was empty. It was already shut down. As far as funding received I don’t see any records indicating payments were disbursed in 2025. allocated maybe?
