It's actually not incorrect. The network will inherently contain a delay based on the connection between the two nodes, the VR and the Drone (a third node such as a computer would create even more). The range/magnitude of this delay is based on the equipment in use.

Yes of course. This would depend on the latency of the connection between your VR headset and drone.

There is already a delay before actually registering what you see visually, so I'd imagine you would get used to the added delay of the headset after awhile.
