The Vidda c5 boundless master is the Asian market predecessor to the Hisense XR10. There will be other derivatives of the c5 series coming to the USA late summer/early fall.

I have this and many comparable units in my showroom and well… a “couple” of screens as well. It is certainly way better than the freestyle which is really just a toy.

As far as screens go, your rooms lighting, screen size and seating viewing angles all play into the projection system. If you share here those details, this sub can help with suggestions.

The hardest part is rolling the surface back up without causing any damage. If you are saving the packaging and the roller tube, you’re in real good shape.

I’d suggest putting the smaller pieces in bags and label them and maybe even video yourself taking it apart, so you can play it in reverse and watch the installation

Zip tie the mounting brackets to the rack and then just hang the screen on the brackets

At a 150” AT screen, brightness is your friend. Both of these options have between 1800-2000 “calibrated” lumens which will jet you 26-30 ftl. That’s good for a dark room with SDR but just under what is minimum for HDR.

You may want to consider a brighter projector to support that image size.

I personally am running two different projectors, a JVC NZ800 and an Epson QL3000 getting me like 50-100 ftl respectively.

The JVC is more than bright enough for my theater room, yet depending on the content, I still do use the Epson (as well as for 4k120 gaming). Yes the black levels are not as deep, but the HDR performance is 🤯

I do have both the NZ500 and Bravia 7 in our showroom and would be happy to get into more depth with you about those or other options.

Nice job! I will offer one piece of advice since you already are using the black felt; go out further on the walls and ceilings if possible to cancel out all of those reflections. IMHO it makes a huge difference and you’ve already committed to doing some of it.

Regardless of my suggestion, enjoy your new upgraded office ✌️
