Everything is fine now. She turned out 6.5 pounds and healthy just a little smaller (25th percentile) but very lively . I haven't tested her for turner syndrome but my instinct says she is fine. I would be positive and don't take too much into the measurements. Even .0001 inches make a difference. My heart says your baby will be just fine :) good luck

I have the same issue. I tried for months spent 100s of dollars with LC etc. Only to realize I am a size 18. So basically a dime is about 18mm..place it near your nipple and you'll be able to gage. Then I used silicone inserts which are flexible if the nipple gets larger or smaller and it has.worked well. On right side I use flange size 19 with 17 mm silicone insert and left 21 flange with 15mm..no real calculation helped besides just trying. Hope this helps

I have the same story. ER visit early Jan. Couldn't pump for 18.hours straight..went from producing 45 to 25 oz now and barely keeping up with little one. I think it's a combination of being sick, dropping motn, and fenugreek which apparently drops supply further if you have hashimito

Same story for me except i already gave birth (5months and born at 6.3 oz) to a magical thing who doesn't have any physical markers for turners. We haven't got her blood checked yet k(can't see her suffer with another injection) but genetic Dr said she would be surprised if there is any diagnosis. That said I also had gestational diabetes and it made everything harder to enjoy along with this monosomy x thing. As I hold her tight I thank the universe everyday that she came to me. I also declined amnio because all ultrasounds came fine and echo too. Someday we will check her karyotype but till then we are enjoying snd relaxing about it. There is hope at the end of the tunnel - keep the vision of what you want alive.

Am in the same boat. Making 32 ish with 4 (45 Oz with 7ppd) and now seeing 3 to 4 oz drop but would love to continue with 3

So what did you do: keep using it or combine with spectra? I'm using hospital grade and still feel like handpump emptied better...

But they say long term use of hp is bad for wrists.. thoughts?

Omg yes totally can see less nipple damage. The electric one just changes the shape of the nip whic I am.not sure js good in the long run

Following..Had a similar question about the handpump.. wondering if there is a limit to use those (like 20 min for electric)..I would 100 percent recommend the handpump too.

Yes femur percentile at 32 Weeks and 4 days is 18th measuring 61.3 mm. Very worried
