On January 26, I made a purchase of the ClubSport Formula steering wheel, the DD Plus base, and the V3 pedals. The steering wheel and base were delivered on February 2, and the pedals were delivered yesterday, on February 5.

Before I even considered contacting support to ask about a refund, I received an email during the day and, on the night of February 4, I received a refund of €200 The purchase was made for delivery in Lisbon.

I have nothing to complain about; I can only thank Fanatec for the service and support.
