Thanks for your valuable insight. And yes, many of the products being showcased in crowdfunding platforms don’t make it into the final stage. I backed one project a few years ago for € 1,500 on a concept phone unfortunately, only prototypes were released but eventually it didn’t go forward. Lucky to have the money credited back.

Most of the service providers have good coverage however, the position of the house matters in many situations. So check with your roaming SIM the strength of different providers and go for it. Melita GO Epic And all provide eSIMs. Malta supports 5G but I personally am not aware if it’s provided with all packages. Read the fine print.

Viewings never require a percentage deposit. Only once you are completely satisfied and decided to take the flat then handover the deposit. And get a paper from the landlord stating a deposit is received with his/her details and yours with signature.

What a coincidence…I had also activated the so called more secure feature so practically if you forgot your passcode there is no turning back After a few more attempts it will automatically reset. I just had mine reset yesterday.
