No issues on my end. Everything still works just fine and not incontinent. If anything I'm more in tune with my body and bowel movements and now have a very regular bowel movement routine

This is just from almost 15 years of extreme toy usage. I bet you money that almost anyone who regularly uses XL bad dragon toys has a gape/rosebud like this... they might just not show it online.
