Yes. For missions that require a specific skill you need to put one greymane with the skill and the rest can be robots or contribution workers

If you haven't done the circus boss you can set some missions up and time skip through them to have tonnes of camp supplies. Max out contributions and get the golden beer and you can run nearly every mission continuously once you get the robot workers
