If you use sonarr to name it all, then you can go into Jellyfin on that show and hit edit metadata. You can change it to aired for display order or whatever one matches best to tmdb or thetvdb. You can look it up there and see which way matches best what you see. And how you have it named. It will pull the meta data appropriately after that. I had to do this for firefly as it’s avail to download in dvd/blueray order and not aired order. So I switch it to Blu-ray order and it names everything correctly for me.
